FITNESS FOR ALL IN POOLE & BOURNEMOUTH

Box-Fit
Starting with a 10 minute warm-up, we then focus on raising the heart rate whilst learning basic boxing techniques with pads and mitts starting with basic punches and advancing to more interesting combinations. If time allows the class finishes with either some abdominal work or a stretch and relax session.

Run-Fit
Running for all abilities. I cover the basics of running from why running is best and how to breathe to what training systems in the body are being used and how to set a progressive run training programme and stick to it.

Circuits
A military style circuit class for all abilities - each week is something different, if you want a complete workout then this class is for you.

Personal Training
As your personal trainer I will provide you with all the necessary tools you will need to enable you to become your own personal trainer.

Event Training
If you are interested in competing in an event then look no further. I have coached many individuals who have never completed an event before with great success.
